Payments

I am glad you brought this up! The answer is yes, you are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you MUST cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@thecatloversunite.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Cat Lovers Unite cares greatly about its customers. So we are sure to ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

 

If this happens to you, please contact us AT support@thecatloversunite.com WITH:

    - Your order number.

    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge!

 

Returns

Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our return policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods.

If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@thecatloversunite.com and we will be happy to assist you! :) 

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us unless the reason for return is our error. 

 

Shipping

What a great question! Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out!

We appreciate your purchase. The average transit time for orders is about 14-26 days after purchase. Cat Lovers Unite is always updating and working on getting faster shipping speeds as well. We understand if these time frames aren't ideal and we appreciate your patience during this time of great growth made possible by customers like you! 

Cat Lovers Unite values it's customers greatly so shipping will continue to be free for the foreseeable future. However, please note that there are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Yes, we provide tracking for every order! Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

No worries or need to panic! If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@thecatloversunite.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
